A multi-part support system for dissociation and grounding.

This trauma-aware journal and toolkit is designed for people living with dissociation, identity confusion, memory gaps, or a sense of disconnection from their body or reality. It brings together education, grounding, reflection, and parts-aware support in a way that feels structured but not overwhelming.

The system is intentionally flexible — you can move slowly, skip sections, or return to the same pages as often as you need.

You don’t have to use everything — even one page can be enough.
